Cradock Watch--Neighborhood Watch program needs your help. Here a few different ways you can participate. Member - Agrees to observe and report any suspicious activity or possible crimes to your block captain. "Being a concerned neighbor."Block Captain - Records these observations in a log and periodically reports them to the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator.
