SPRINGFEST 2010 WAS A HUGE SUCCESS! I want to thank everyone who participated. I want to give a special thanks (first to God) then to Anchor Outreach for co-sponsoring and being the committee chair for the SpringFest 2010. Good Neighbor Agreements with
Wheelabrator Technology and SPSA
Attached are the two Good Neighbor Agreements - - one for Wheelabrator, the other for SPSA. SPSA will be retaining ownership of a small portion of the RDF Plant - - the vehicle service area, and also the scales. That's why we have to have two separate agreements.
